Emily Ridout is an astrologer and AstroYoga specialist committed to sharing the astrology-mind-body connection with the world. She is the author of AstroYoga for an Aquarian Age and founder of the International School of AstroYoga, which offers 300 hour teacher trainings and continuing education in the esoteric aspects of yoga. She holds an MA and BA in Folklore, has studied in yoga schools in both India and the US, and her work has been featured in Reader’s Digest, Well + Good, Women’s Health, and InStyle. She lives in Oregon, and you can often find her hiking in the mountains with her dog Wally. You can connect with Emily on her website.
