Tej Arvind
Her teaching style is very calming and grounding, with an emphasis placed upon inner guidance, safety, and function-over-form. She modifies each session for the energetics of the day and deepens each practice & relaxation by incorporating the healing sounds of the gong (when available!) Lyndsay’s therapeutic approach to teaching is influenced by Vedic Astrology, Ayurveda, sound therapy, and the chakra system.
For Lyndsay, the most influential benefit of the practice of yoga is self-awareness and transformation. She believes that self-discovery is the key to revealing our True Nature. This idea is incorporated into her own practice, and she shares it, with her students, to help create a happier, healthier, and more authentic community.
Lyndsay Fuls is a delight as a yoga teacher. Her classes are like a song. There is always a chorus to come home to and verses that thoroughly explain what you just heard. She has a keen sense of humor and an absolute knowledge about Kundalini Yoga.
